I have a v10 which was bought over a year ago and stopped working last week. I replaced the battery but it still wouldn't turn on. I took it to Dyson Service Center on Golf road yesterday and the technician (Marco) took a quick look at it and told me it had a broken trigger. He then told me that they would replace the trigger for me for free as a one-time courtesy even my vacuum was out of warranty. 15 minutes later I walked out with my vacuum that works as good as new (even with the original battery). Thank you Marco!

Yes! You can trade in your old Dyson as well for a discount.
I have gone to this store many times and the service is always upstanding. You don't need appointment but do follow covid-19 guidelines.
