Warning for everyone. Completely Cheating. So be aware before you choose. I moved out from VIP last month and before leaving I have cleaned up everything and handed over the keys to the leasing office. Couple of days back I have received an email regarding move out charges and it js very huge saying the carpet was damaged. They have attached few pictures and none of those were relevant to my apartment. Got stunned by looking at all those and the leasing office guys are not ready what I'm saying. The only person I trust was Meena but no one at the leasing office allowing me to speak with her. Not sure what to do at all. The way they are behaving is completely annonying. Not sure what I should do next and who can help me out. The only thing I can think about is to raise a police complaint. Meena if you are reading this, please let me know your best number to reach you out to solve my proble. Note, you will also find most of the cockroaches activity in VIP. Thanks.

Beware of the front STUFF they will be very RUD on phone and if they does not have to reply they will show the RULES and REGULATION and try to SHUT DOWN our words..... At the time of RENTING they are very very nice. AFTER doing the Agreements They will start showing their ATTITUDES and will be RUD And they will SAY to EVERY? Resident that ONLY few have the problems

This place it's absolutely in bad shape. The main entrance always has garage on the floor and around the plants. I don't know where is the maintenance people. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Why the residents have to empty the cabinets every single time that they do pest control? That is interfering with the way of living. Why do I have to pay for the broken plates. We pay for the rent and on top of that we have to spend hours taking the stuff out from the cabinets and putting it back because the disgusting roaches.
