The service center has to see it. Bring it in for an check up.
I even talked to the customer relationship manager about it, he is not giving me a good reply. Since I moved to a 5hrs away place, went there to do the oil change that where they let me know about this problem. He is giving me an answer that the other toyota dealer ship guys might have broken it, and they never did the oil change.
Please call customer service for prices and they can order parts for you. Beware prices will be at a premium for new, brand name parts.

It depends what they're working on, the electrical side of thr engine and energy recovery systems are more complex, timely and expensive, but they shouldn't need to be serviced very often. Think of the rate that a transmission needs to be serviced for example.
