If they have the wrong price up take a picture of the tag and show them at the register They should honor it. I have had this happen many times unfortunately.
Well they don't repair. But they have the supplies for you to fix it.

Not to my knowledge. Try the " other" craft stores in your area. Also, sometimes the big box stores will have a display. I've also found it to be a location item depending on the population near a particular store. Good luck
