Oh My! I would absolutely refer anyone to CityHome Vacuums if you like 5 Star, Triple A, 2 Thumbs Up service!!! Abby was refreshingly professional, kind, friendly, and smart. She asked me what was the problem with my Shark vacuum cleaner. After telling her, she troubleshot the problem over phone, saving me time and money. Yes. We have had our Miele vacuum cleaner repaired here several times.
Hi Amy. We have bags, belts and can provide repair service if your Oreck is broken, but if you would like a new Oreck vacuum for your home, you'll have to order online at the Oreck website. Unfortunately, there are no Oreck stores in Chicago, but the Oreck dealer-locator shows one store in Willmet and one in Lyons. Go to www.oreck.com for details. If you are open to a differnt brand and are just looking for a better-quality vacuum, we would invite you to come on by the store and try out some options from Miele and SEBO. Both brands make the best vacuums in the U.S. and offer generous trade-in allowances for local shoppers. Hope that Helps. -Mark
