I usually don’t write hotel reviews unless something is bad to forewarn future guests., but I feel this review is warranted. I cannot rave enough about the front desk employee, Jenna. She is so pleasant and accommodating it made my day. From the conversation, to the travel, to the stay she was 100% on board to make my stay perfect. My first stay, the response to a problem was within minutes. The second time changed our room at a moments notice on my request and even brought up the key. Great service and clean hotel.

Hospitality was great ( from staff and hotel guests). The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was ok. We stayed at the location in Perry, GA. I liked that the staff said "Welcome home" as guest entered the lobby. For the price of a one night stay, that greeting was on point. My only complaint was that the air conditioner wasn't on when we entered the room. Luckily, it didn't take long for the room to cool. And the shower gel smells so good and the fragrance last on my skin. This was our second stay in 3 years. Pretty sure we will stay again. Location is close to restaurants (walking distance and driving) and a Walmart.

Cleanliness overall was good. Our room had a keurig, microwave, and fridge. Bed was very firm. Pillows were flat. Overall appearance was good. We thought it had just opened, but it has been opened for 4 yrs. Breakfast was ok and free. Water out of the bathroom sink was yellow. Friendly staff, clean linens overall except for the hand towel was dirty.

Our stay at your property was great. The breakfast choices were very good. The layout of the breakfast room was excellent. The employee who was in charge of the breakfast room was outstanding and very helpful. she kept the food well stocked and kept the area very clean.
