The food is good, but the service is just ok. The front counter person always seems like they have too much going on. It's always busy. I always order and pay online which makes it so much easier. But I also always have to tell them I paid online. Like it doesn't show them that or something. Like I said, it seems like they have too much on them at one time. Update... Service has definitely improved. They have 2 ppl at the counter when there's customers now. My order got messed up tonight, they fixed it and gave me a credit for next time. Absolutely can see where changes have been been made. Good Job pizza hut team! 👏👏👏😍

Customer service was Great, food was good and those Cajun wings were Delicious!!. Front entrance was clean, windows were clean not all smudgey and gross looking.

Never received my delivery. Waited a hour and a half before calling to find out my order had been cancelled. I didn’t receive a call, text, or even email. The app still says it’s being cooked. Now it’s too late to order food from anywhere else.

I ordered a 3 meat topping pizza with ham bacon and pepperoni the young lady informed me that they were out of bacon so I said substitute it for sausage. I get there to get my pizza and the man said it was ham sausage and pepperoni with buffalo sauce. I told him I didn’t want buffalo sauce on my pizza and he offered to remake it but I didn’t want to wait and he even gave me a discount! The pizza was not good well it was decent but I would’ve preferred the crust to be stuffed but the young lady said they was out of that so I got it hand tossed. The pizza taste like it had been dipped in Texas Pete hot sauce, unusual taste but not my first choice. Word to the wise Pizza Hut workers, employees and staff “PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS!” It’ll be awhile before I eat at Pizza Hut again! This was a lesson learned!
