Called to get a couple pairs of pants hemmed. Took days to call me back left a message saying she was 2 weeks out. I called back left and message to book an appointment. She took 2 days to call me back and then said she couldn't fit me in. Poor professionalism. And terrible response time.

Best work in town and great prices! I think this goes without saying, but you should know that any skilled service requires an appointment. You wouldn't show up to a mechanic and expect them to fix your car on the spot, so you should plan accordingly when you need alterations.
