Drive all the way from Benton Harbor to be seen. I called before leaving to make sure they were open. I was told yes they are open and close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:15pm and was turned away because they are closed and capped “we can’t see anymore patients otherwise we’d be here all night.” I called before leaving to make sure I could be seen and to verify they didn’t close until 8pm.

Hi Emma. Thanks for reaching out. Our primary care practice, located in Lakeland Medical Suites is open Monday through Friday. The Community Medical Center Walk-in clinic, located in Lakeland Hospital Watervliet is open seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
