Living there 4 1/2 years (too long) and the management is HORRIBLE! Roaches, the elevator was broken for 2 months last year, the Units leak water when it rains because it comes THROUGH THE FOUNDATION. They charge for parking but don't maintain anything. MONEY HUNGRY BUT DON'T SPEND IT ON WHAT THEY SHOULD. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Going into receivership due to the board not paying water bill for a whole year owners on the hook, have several commercial law suits againt the association, they dont pay bills.
