Despite many things which could’ve been done differently during the pandemic, we have been steadily rebounding and are growing stronger than ever before. This building has some of the most understanding, trusting, accepting, loving, and overall elevated people you could ever meet in Chicago!

Location Location, Location. You have EM lake views and wriggly views. Walking distance to the cubs. Doesn’t get any better then that! The place is reasonably priced.

This is one of the worst managed and unprofessional staff including the front desk security. Horrible customer service and always rude. Especially the older security staff!! . I was thinking of buying an apt and also renting another but quickly changed plans due to the lack of human kindness and professionalism this place lacks so much of. I couldn’t see myself ever living in that environment!! They need a total change in ALL staff. The Association is even worse!! I have other properties in Gold Coast and River North for over 20 years and have never experienced such nastiness and lack of respect for the tenants/owners.
