I cannot comment on the interior of the condo units or the quality of the hotel operation since both are way out of my price range. What I can say is that say this is a stunningly beautiful architectural masterpiece designed by Jeannie Gang of Studio Gang. One of the new highlights of the Chicago skyline this is going to bring enjoyment to Chicago residence and visitors for many years.

No. The first 12 floors are a Hotel and 13th thru 93rd are private Condos.....

I was in the condo portion a week ago and they are planning on starting closings end of October on the lower floors of the residences. The hotel portion on the first 12 floors is in question currently, but the lower floors of the homes are coming along. Hallways have been painted and carpeted, and homes being completed. The upper floors are not as far along.
