I've been living here the last month, and I absolutely love it! It is in a great location with easy access to downtown via public transportation (both bus and subway options). All of the doormen are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The location offers easy access to both Lake Michigan, and to all of the shops/restaurants in Edgewater. It's also a very short walk from both Aldi's and Whole Foods, and is just south of Loyola University. I couldn't ask for a better location and overall living experience! It's also a unique experience, with every unit being a duplex.

Wonderful improvements, friendly community, superb location!! Berger Park across the street is awesome to watch sunrises and full moons.

The building was originally developed as apartments and it converted to condos. The building has 29 floors and all units are duplexes (2 floors) starting on floor 2, up to 28.
Its variable...smaller unit was around 580 iirc
