We are franchisees for Freddy's and this hotel was recommended to us by their corporate office. The team at Waterwalk was very helpful, remembered who I was each time I called, knew the name of the team members I sent to stay there, and gave us excellent customer service! I didn't get to see the rooms, but my team was so excited about how nice their hotel was that they sent pictures! Also, the prices were unbeatable! Thank you for your hospitality!

Our entire stay was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and trendy! Plenty of space for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. All of the staff went above and beyond being helpful! It was very convenient having the washer and dryer in the room! We will be staying here again soon!

Recently my wife and I stayed for 10 days during the selling of our house and buying a new house. We also had our dog Dino, and our cat with us. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Everything from a first class two bedroom apartment, to a very pet friendly staff. The property was very clean and well maintained. We could not of asked for a better experience as we bridged the gap between one house and another. Many thanks to the staff for making our stay a great experience.
