I was sold 3 bundles of the same hair same brand same color. Died the 3 bundles only one took color other 2 didn’t. Unprofessional people at the counter refused to refund the money also refused to exchange the product claiming that it is not made to be dyed when clearly one bundle took the color and the other 2 didn’t. Spent 100 dollars on faulty product just to be out of money and missing my hair appt. Oh and the kicker the manager wants to meet TOMORROW. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST it will be a waste of money and they have no knowledge of hair or customer service!
