This particular, UPS store location employees the absolute rudest sales clerks. There is always some sort of issue regarding Amazon returns. It’s almost like they’re not a postage/delivery carrier company. I’m not returning boxes laced with anthrax, just simple Amazon merchandise. I will no longer be using this store….period!

Horrible!! Went to get papers signed they charged us 40$ I get almost home and realize they forgot a paper and he charged us 10$ more!! For his mistake!! So got go here, schillenger location is worth the drive for the excellent customer service!!

Poor costumer service and rude also. Don’t waste your time. I dropped a package off to be returned the employee asked if they will be return together I responded they both came in the same package from Amazon I assume they will I’m returning for someone else. She responded by saying I don’t care not my problem they’ll figure it out.Then gave me a receipt took it to the side threw it and left the box open and walked away. Here I am a week later trying to track the package down Amazon can’t find it in the system because UPS never processed it. I called UPS and the women on the phone was even more rude. I ended up going back to the location just to get nowhere because they can’t track the package it’s not pulling up in the system the man in the store said two different things and tried to blame Amazon by saying Amazon is backed up for weeks so they probably have it. I know thats a whole lie I used to work for Amazon so I know that can’t be true.This is the worst location do not go here they really should close this location down.
