Terminix left off my comments which were: I do NOT like dealing with their 800-number dispatchers because they seem confused about due dates and scheduling. I find that the LOCAL folks (you can deal with them directly) are superb, and that's why I gave them the great rating... for the local folks, not corporate.

Questions & Answers

Why has Terminix not kept up to our appointment. We have been put off several times and now our contract that we have had without any claims since 1981 has expired. I am fixing to call the BBB with this complaint. A VERY dissatisfied customer.

Good question. Can't get to a real person locally.

Don't know what they do when you have termite damage but when Terminix does the damage to your home, they won't talk to you.
