I have been ordering from them for years! Amazing customer service! I can’t wait to personally go in the store In a couple weeks and meet them! Can’t and won’t make my Thanksgiving gumbo without their andouille!

What's the best way to cook and make tender ?I cooked some gumbo with the smoke sausage and andouille and both of them were very tough.I cooked them in the gumbo for approx.45 minutes.The was excellent but it was tough.

Andouille will never be tender. It is a flavor enhancer. Just slice Andouille thinly, toss in when sweating aromatics. Then proceed with the rest of your gumbo.
