Nothing like learning the night before closing that as the seller you need to bring $1,800 with you. During the closing Floyd was excellent. Prior to that communication and organization was non existent. There are other title companies with more reasonable pricing that will answer phone calls and emails. I will say that once our file was dumped on Morgan at the last minute, she tried to get things straight. Unfortunately by that point, it was too late. The experience was already ruined for us. I dont feel like I got what I paid for except for the actual meeting where Floyd explained everything to us and was very patient. Hopefully they can use this as a learning experience as I sure did.
