Mr. Block came to my house and fixed all of my issues on Saturday afternoon. He showed up on time and worked diligently to address all of my concerns. He was very professional and did not stop until he resolved all of my issues. Mr. Block is my go to IT guy from now on and he did not charge me an arm and a leg, it was a reasonable charge for the services rendered.

Mr. Block demonstrated a wealth of knowledge and experience. His customer service is Amazing! I appreciate the time he took to explain everything he did. I have utilized the larger, more well-known repair services. However, Mr. Block will now have my business! I appreciate feeling that he cared about me and my needs. I was not β€œjust another customer. β€œ Call Mr. Block for your computer problems. You will not be disappointed 😊

Yes, I do. It isn't formal with a curriculum, but it is very informative and as detailed as the customer's desire to learn.

My sister had her Dell plugged in all the time. Which now her battery is not working . The bios kept showing about battery. She's on her computer all the time and very unhappy. 2015 Dell

Laptop batteries are rechargeable, lithium based. For better battery performance, a laptop should be plugged in only when the percentage is low. How low? 10%, or 20%. You can set this up in advanced power options. Lithium batteries do not like to be overcharged, or underused. So, do not leave the laptop plugged in all the time. I believe there may be some new options when you upgrade to windows 11 to better manage the power options. Thanks for your question.
