Yes, I do. It isn't formal with a curriculum, but it is very informative and as detailed as the customer's desire to learn.
Laptop batteries are rechargeable, lithium based. For better battery performance, a laptop should be plugged in only when the percentage is low. How low? 10%, or 20%. You can set this up in advanced power options. Lithium batteries do not like to be overcharged, or underused. So, do not leave the laptop plugged in all the time. I believe there may be some new options when you upgrade to windows 11 to better manage the power options. Thanks for your question.
