Not a great experience here at all. Right from the start Dr. Sutton kept pushing the "quality of life" at me. My cat Radar had bloodwork showing Chronic Kidney Disease. I realize that he had kidney damage but with the right diet & so on he could've lived longer. But her palpation of him was very lax. And it wasn't just one visit there either. From April until mid-June he had gone back for bloodwork again. In June 20th, I had to take Radar to the ER vet. He found a noticeable mass in his belly area... Lymphoma! I had to take Radar back to his vet the next morning, & she was shocked with the findings. IF she had just done her due diligence as a veterinarian, she should've been able to palpate a growing mass a lot sooner. Radar could've been started on chemo. And cats do very well in tolerating it, much better than humans & even dogs. But because of her ineptness, her obvious failure, my poor little man suffered & by June 27, he was gasping for air. Clearly he was dying, horribly. To add to this insult the vet receptionist made us wait 3 grueling hours for an appointment for euthanasia. All I could do was hold my little boy in his baby blanket, while playing nice music for him. To this day I continue to suffer from PTSD. 😒

After being a patient at this vets office for over 10 years, today I was incredibly disappointed and will not be returning. My dog was up all hours throughout the night in excruciating pain, yelping and weeping. I stayed up with him to call the office right at opening to get him in to see the vet as early as possible. I was told they were booked full for the day and had too many surgeries to look at him. I was pushed away and told to go to an emergency vet if I wanted him looked at today. I was not given any information on where to take him or even given the option to come another time, simply just told to go away. Not even an ounce of concern given for his well being. After religiously sending all our pets to this office and referring them to friends and family, I am enraged with how they handled this situation. There is no excuse for turning away a patient in dire need of help ESPECIALLY one that is in the office on a regular basis.
