Very kind, Super efficient, and excellent communication. I was going to throw away two pair of my favorite heeled booties but decided to stop in here instead. For only $38 John was able to fix both pairs and he only took a day. He called me as soon as they were done! Will definitely be back instead of throwing worn heels away.

My job involves traveling all over North America and I take this Michael Kors bag with me stuffed with laptop, tablet, wallet, waterbottle, cables, etc. As you all know, these bags aren't cheap and to find a bag that I reeeeaaallllly love is difficult (fits my 15" laptop, zips up, looks professional check). After 2 years of travel, the bag was in fine condition, but the straps were frayed and frankly, didn't look professional. I called many places and even stopped in but no one could help me. I took my bag to John's Shoe repair and in a few days, had my bag returned to me with new (awesome) straps. When I need to get my shoes re-capped, I'll be bringing them here. Bonus: free parking here too.
