Had the pleasure of meeting Alex for the first time today. We bought a cord of cherry wood. The wood was a great value, and the service was spot on. We WILL be going back again.

Mr. Rich was one of the nicest people I have met in a long while. He is honest and knowledgeable. I was able to go to the location and select my own wood, after he showed me the best place to pick from. He gave me free kindling and went inside the house while I selected the number of pieces I could fit in my trunk. He even said if its too small get 2 pieces and call it 1. Thank you Mr. Rich I will continue to buy my wood from the company. Honesty and great customer service dictates where I shop.

Very friendly and very helpful. Not a big wood burner just a fire pit but I'll definitely go back.

I called them last fall and asked for an estimate to fix my chimney and the guy replied it might be too late to do the job but I will come out and give it a look. Never heard from the guy. I called again in the spring and talked to the same guy I believe, he came out right away and looked at it we talked for a couple minutes gave him my info and said I should have an estimate. Never heard from the guy again. Called back once more and left a message, no call back. I don't care if you don't want to do the job but don't waste my time.
