I have found them to be completely unresponsive to customer service. I have an order well over a month ago and have received not so much as a confirmation. They will NOT respond to inquires. They did however immediately charge my credit card. I am initiated a charge back today. DO NOT order from this company!

I placed an order for sanding belts on October 14, 2021. Keystone Abrasives charged my credit card the next day and I have not heard back from them. I have not received my order. They do not return the calls or answer the phone. Very disappointed in their service.

This has to be the worst company I have every tried to work with. They take your money and give you only lies in return. How haven't they been shutdown yet? If I stole money I would be in jail, but apparently if a company does nothing happens. I feel they have gone down hill as a company with a rude sales person DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES, would love to give 0 stars.

We manufacture sanding belts, sanding discs and a few other abrasive products here at Keystone. The largest belt we could manufacture would be 64" wide by almost any length, the smallest we are able to manufacture is 1/8" wide by almost any length. We hope this answers your question.
