This place never pick up the phone . I was a whole month trying to get an appointment for my kids and nobody was let inside ..

My son has been coming here for almost 5 years. I have zero complaints about the doctors or nurses, they're wonderful. They always gave the best care to my son. However, within the last 2 years (since covid started) customer service has taken a nosedive.

I made an unfortunate mistake leaving this place because it was more convenient for me to go to The Reading Hospital. So I got a PCP with Tower Health. If I knew about how far The Reading Hospital was going down hill and having all these issues, I would have stayed with this place. My PCP here was very good and on top of everything. I want to try to come back and even though going to The St. Joseph's Hospital for testing and procedures is a lot further, I'll do it for better service all the way around.
