Months after i return the rental car i get told there is damage after speaking to multiple employees from Enterprise in Utica Ny about my rental experience after returning the car and never was told i had damaged the car. I returned the car overnight as they close early with no more damage then the car had previously had, so how do they know someone in the middle of the night didn’t touch the car or bump it? The car was not clean like they claim. Soda marks all over interior, nothing wiped down, and the car stunk. I will not suggest using enterprise in Utica unless you plan to be disappointed. I will never go back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I been renting from enterprise/ national for 4 years never seen a customer service like this place in Utica, workers there treat you like you getting the car for free or they paying for it Also today 9/15/2022 I made a reservation A WEEK AGO for a car When I got there at the rental spot they said we don’t have any cars available??? I have rented from enterprise in : NYC LaGuardia North Carolina Raleigh Richmond Virginia Newark New Jersey They all have beautiful customer service But this place in Utica they act like they own it they make the rules themselves

We've had this car for about a month enterprise is the best they try to work with you to the best of there knowledge. It's one place that will get my business and Jerome is the best guy for the job. He is greatly appreciated!

Money orders are ok . However there are other qualifications if you are using a money order or debit card . You must supply a current utility bill with no past due balance current charges are ok no payment plans or budget billing , drivers license with current address as well as a pay stub from the last 30 days with the same address .

Yes they do have 4 wheel drive vehicles and all wheel drive
A credit card. If not you need a form of ID, and proof of income. And you getting hit with a 200 deposit. And you need at least 2 proofs of address. Bills etc. It's kinda painful but not too bad.
Yes bring your rental to the local enterprise and you will get a ride to the collision center .
Your refund is released when you return the car . Provided the location is open . If not it will be released the next business day . Depending on which payment method you use it can take up to 10 business days to get the refund . If using a major credit card the difference is refunded immediately.
No she cannot . Everything has to be in the renters own name . You can rent the car and add her as an additional driver for a fee .
It moved across route 1. It's actually connected to Newbury comics now. You can't miss their sign.
I have rented from them without a credit card but I think they require a high deposit or at least a debit card.
I didn't see anything that large when I was there.
