Great folks! Rebuilding what others ruined while it was vacant before they purchased it. Beautiful surroundings with a pond and some ducks too. Only 4 miles off I-20 through the cozy little town of Arcadia. Best of luck Wade and family! We'll be back! Steve & Ana from Del Rio, TX.

It wasn't worth the 45 minute trip I had to drive to get there. I usually enjoy going to Bonnie and Clyde Trade Days, but not when there is only 8 to 10 vendors that are so far spaced apart. The food vendors have doubled their prices, 3 lemonades and 2 corn dogs cost over $20, it use to cost $12. It's just not worth the trip anymore.

This place has been one of the friendliest places we have ever stayed. Dennis and Sherry treated us like family. We stayed during trade days and enjoyed checking out all the vendors. Christy and her husband made the restaurant a must visit every day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to travelers. We have a 38 ft towing a small trailer and had no problems with site.

This was my husband and I first time here and it was so amazing! We love antiques, and anything interesting and let me tell you they had it at every booth. Everybody was so incredibly nice and easy to talk to. Will definitely be back every month!
