I use to live there a few years ago. They are pretty good at maintaining the trailor's campground.. They have a small park area, no playground equipment yet, but I'm sure it would be easy enough to get some swings and such if asked. Cable/WiFi is pd by the tenant which the main router boxes are supplied from cable company now, and all tenants are responsible for their own rent, utilities, and upkeep of their own personal living ateas,. There is a Nice Restroom and Showers Center in the midst. Provide your own toilet paper and shower supplies and your good.. I personally had to move because at the time I had a problem with drugs and alcohol and my life was unmanageable, until I got my bottom and have got help, now I'm almost 2 years clean and sober on July 21 and as I look back, I'm now grateful for the owner and his sons for being so hard on me. I wanted to say Thank you to them now for their tough love and patience with me during such an ugly time in my life. They allow pets, and as long as you take care of your responsibility's there, the management is pretty easy going for the most part... It's not the Hilton, but it's a place to live and be out of the cold. God Bless You All.. Charlotte Roberts

My soon to be alcoholic EX-wife, niece lives there, a little out of the way but a nice quiet area. People do there own thing, keep to themselves & respect each other's privacy.

Very nice people in the office. I lived there for five months. Owner is fantastic he'll bend over backwards to help you out. Jan office manager is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
