Short crew! Waited two hrs to get tire change

Hmm. Well after a not so great experience over the phone I went in and met James who provided me 2 new tires, eliminated additional fees related to balancing and offered to dispose of my old tires. I walked out the door after taxes $144.38 so.. not bad for Douglas tires and 50,000 mile guarantee.

I bought a battery a couple months ago. From the hutch store I'm kinda stranded in McPherson my question is without a receipt would I be able to do a even exchange for a new battery?
