Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 7AM to 5:30 PM. Plan on being there 3 to 4 hours unless you are lucky.
No but one of the two ladies leaves for her lunch hour and then she comes back and the other one leaves. So go before 10, or after 2.
I went yesterday, 7/19/22. They accept walk ins but you'll have to wait until there isn't any people with appts waiting. It wasn't too busy when I was there so the wait wasn't too long. I heard her telling ppl on the phone the next open date for an appt is Aug 3rd.

Yes, by appointment only. Don't come too early. You can't enter the office until they call you in. And they are about a week out on appointments.
