Levy at the Old Navy @ Olentangy deserves a promotion! They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the store. It is obvious they care a lot about the company and work hard to represent the brand well. A very satisfied customer.

Where is the customer service? Apparently they do self check out now and instead of explaining that the male associate just said “Um that’s why the check out line is blocked off” what?! Lol. Thank you for the female associate up front being friendly and kind!

It's pretty much catacorner from the towers, just go across Olentangy and south a little. Definitely walkable on a nice day.
