The stores concept is good and I enjoy shopping there every time I visit Columbus. I’ve found multiple BRAND NEW Lululemon products for under $20.00! I like that you can get 50% of the value of your clothes if you choose store credit instead of cash when you sell to them, I personally think that’s a great incentive to shop in house for something. Everyone working there is usually friendly and helpful.

One of the best used clothing stores in Columbus. The prices are higher than Goodwill, sure, but that’s not what kind of store this is. If you walk in here, you WILL see something you like. It’s nowhere near as hit-or-miss as a regular thrift store. It’s like Depop but cheaper and more convenient and the people are nicer. I’m always satisfied with the offer I get when I drop off a bag of clothes. My one gripe would be that the dressing rooms are still closed for some reason, despite most stores reopening theirs when mask mandates ended.

I shopped here for nearly 20 years, but I no longer do. You can occasionally score some cool finds, but the steep prices for secondhand have grown more and more absurd. They sell used Forever 21 skirts for $20-$25 which is literally the same as or MORE than retail. They haven't reopened the dressing room since the pandemic, yet bizarrely, they don't allow returns (store-credit only). I'm not sure why anyone would pay high prices for used clothing without being able to either try it on or return it if it doesn't fit. It's a thrift store experience minus the bargains. I sincerely regret all the quality clothes I sold there for peanuts over the years before I discovered Depop. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual thrift store.

I had a positive experience selling at Rag-O-Rama. Staff was polite and had a 1-2 hour turnaround. They paid decent $$ for things in season, nice jackets and gently worn shoes, giving me back everything else. Obviously, Poshmark would give better profits, but my clothes were not moving on there for awhile.

They do, it's always worth taking it in and seeing if they are willing to buy
No.
Soho Fashion on Sawmill Rd in Dublin. Rag O Rama is mostly interested in clothing for the hipster crowd, Plato's Closet might buy a tie or dress shirt, but Soho Fashion is for upscale second hand clothes.
You have to go to through the XL and up sizes as they will amongst them
