We got a new bigger place to live in. Amii and Shelly were really nice and friendly and we love our new place. I would recommend Allendale. It's peaceful and quiet. I'd avoid the Case building. It's ran by different managers that don't appear to care about the building or it's residents. Too much bullying between residents and they took away our Charter/Spectrum cable and internet without asking residents. If you're looking for a nice, family-friendly, income based housing...go to Allendale.

No reason why they wouldn't . If you have a worker they can assist you with this or you can just put in application to be put on a waiting list.
Housing is income contingent. My suggestion would be to go out there Monday - Thursday and fill out an application. Bring proof of income.
