The Towers there are no utilities. May through October currently there us $35.00 fee for air conditioning each month or those who want to spread it out to 15.00 a month so you have the opportunity to pay less a month. Cable is $20.00 monthly. If you'd like Wi-Fi which is a new addition. $15.00 a month. The adjacent building tenants do pay utilities. Wi-Fi is currently being upgraded.
