Karen and her crew are so incredibly talented. I've lived around the U.S. for the last eight years and have had my hair done by about 20 different salons within that time. NEVER have I been truly happy with my hair until I came to Apple Day in the quiet little town of Honesdale of all places. I finally look like my "Hair Goals" Pinterest board ♥️🤣

In reference to the 3 stars, I called on a Saturday morning after 9:00 and was met with voice-mail. I left a message with my info and asking to set up an apt for the following week. I never recieved a call back and knew the salon was closed until Tuesday. Giving the benefit of the doubt I thought it was a busy day, someone might call me Tuesday, still nobody returned my call. I had hoped to get my hair done before starting a new job but ended up going someplace else.

Jess is amazing! She always makes sure to check in and see how my body is feeling and really works on targeting exactly what needs attention. I feel like a new person each time I leave.
