Terrible customer service. My order was canceled because, and I quote, “It’s not worth it for us to deliver to that gated community.” No where on their website does it state that there are areas they will not deliver to. They had no problem charging my credit card, yet didn’t have the decency to call me directly to inform me of the canceled order. Instead I received an email in my junk mail folder that I obviously didn’t see until it was too late. When I called the day after my flowers never showed up, there was not even an apology. Just excuses and a very irritated employee. Very surprising considering all I did was place an order for flowers that were never delivered. And it took almost a week for a refund to show on my credit card.
