Not happy at all seems people that work at this authorized retailer leave out information about costs and fail to close at times posted. Have service through att. Bought a phone and screen saver from them initially the screen saver failed a week into having it, besides the the screen broke and now I have to pay to replace the screen too. I went and tried to give it another chance got something else and was lied to about the cost of the product till I received a bill for 5 times what was said. Went back tonight and watched someone with green hair counting the drawer out at 7:50 pm Not 8pm as stated on the front door. I am now irritated and out cost of fuel and my time dealing with inconstancies and Incompetence. Fine example of how to lose a customer. I am fat from demanding and will normally give a bunch of chances. That is quickly getting old.

Lexi was well informed and knew exactly how to help us. She was pleasant and very personable. She signed us up for the service we requested and gave us instructions for transitioning to a longer term service agreement, offering to assist us at the Honesdale AT&T if we wanted or needed assistance. All around great experience.
