You can take your learners permit and you can just go in on there open days, Tuesday and Saturday.
No just walk in theres a lady sitting in a chair and I as soon as you walk in she gets up comes over to you and asks why your there ..then points you in the direction ..not that you don't kinda know but I guess its to keep people from walking all around

Yes! But you will also need to switch over the cars plates to PA as well and you’ll have to have proof of the new address in order to get the license done to show that you are living in PA such documents can be letters, utility bills, or any kind of mail that comes in your name
Give the office a call. They will help you out. You dont have to wait in Honesdale like in Dunmore.. 5,000 people waiting in Dunmore every day they are open.. which is about 2 days a week
