I asked them to wave the late fees and they said no I'm on a limited income and can't afford the late fees after I was told that I could wave them they sure like to mess with the senior citizen

The staff are mean and don't care about your disabilities even though you're getting income for disabilities. They don't know the proper way to talk to someone with PTSD and they just make your anxiety worse

They lack communication skills and each time they say they don't know something and will call me back within a day or two I end up waiting two weeks or more before finally I call back again. Very lazy when it comes to reaching out to people who need them too!
