We had my brothers wedding this past weekend and let’s just say it left an unpleasant experience overall. Let me start off by why the 3 star instead of a 1 star review. The place is beautiful the setting the decor how big the place is it’s perfect. Two of the wedding coordinators for the events that were mostly hands on were very helpful and kind and helped the ceremony go smoothly. The DJ was AWESOME! Kept us off our chairs the whole event! One of the main coordinators was not however had an attitude overall when asked questions. Seemed pretty annoyed. A few other issues for example the fact that you have to provide your own ice! Most venues we have gone to have that on site but no, the day of the wedding my brother and his now wife along with immediate family were running around bringing ice in our own ice chest. This was extremely inconvenient especially having to worry about something like that the day of. Also having to do rehearsal on the same day of the wedding it took most of the day just to get ready and practice. By the end of the night we were extremely tired having to do all of that the day of. Also the bartenders definitely were NOT the best. I was a bartender myself for many years and having to pay over $800 for two bartenders for only 4 hours I thought was insane especially when we had to provide everything including all mixers and of course the ice. They will not allow you to hire your own bartenders only the ones they provide which doesn’t make sense. They also cut off services an hour before the event ended. Told a few of the guest that we had ran out of liquor which was not true and they could see the bottles stacked behind them. The drinks were inconsistent from what our guests told us since I couldn’t drink because I was pregnant and one of them had an attitude overall. Plus I saw that they kept a few cases of the sodas and bottles we brought. When asked why were they taking it to the back they said oh we didn’t we left everything outside! For us to pick up when the wedding was over. They wouldn’t even let us go to the back of their storage to see what they had kept because we definitely saw them taking it but they argued. So be aware of that when the party ends. They will steal some of your liquor and sodas! Don’t even get me started on the mall cop/security they hire! He was drinking on the job!!! Which was unbelievable my brother and few other guests saw him with a few margaritas throughout the event. At the end of the night he was getting very rude and mad at the fact that we wanted to see their storage knowing that he had seen the bartenders taking bottles to the back instead of returning the ones that were closed. Seemed very shady to me and didn’t really enjoy the event towards the night ended since we felt rush to leave the place. This is why I would NOT recommend this place if you and your family want to enjoy and not have to worry about anything. They didn’t make this experience pleasant and will not be returning for future events.

I fell in love with this venue the moment I pulled up for the tour. The customer service from Aimee, Ashley and Kelly was outstanding. They were able to answer any question I had regardless of how small. The venue itself is beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't get to have our ceremony outside due to the caterpillars but the inside was still so pretty. (I actually think it made it better with the marquee letters we got.) I highly recommend this venue because they made our pictures even more amazing.

Beautiful venue. Way off the beaten path, but soooo worth it! We were there for a bridal open house and they had two full buildings of various vender options. The rooms themselves are an excellent rustic wood look that could be great for both a casual Ho-Down or a fantastic elegant, beautifully draped ambiance. Oh and the outside, OH MY GOSH! Gorgeous walkway, amazingly landscaped. LOL it's as though a bonsai artist trimmed every flower, tree, leaf and blade of grass. And I can imagine the impressive florals that could be displayed on their pavilions and that arch, wow! Especially loved the Senterpiece (wedding/event florist) booth. Go big or go home, ladies! Those florals were to-die-for!

We had our wedding at The Springs in Katy in Tuscany Hall. It was so lovely! The space is huge and the staff is so friendly. We were able to go in at 9am and get hair and makeup and set up. We loved having our wedding here!
