We couldn't be happier to host our wedding at Willowdale Estate! The day was absolutely gorgeous, made possible by an awesome Willowdale team from our coordinator (Jeannine, you rock!), the wait staffs, the support staffs to the sales team. We started looking in October and wanted to have a wedding in April/May. The fact that the sale team was so responsive and being able to tour the venue immediately played a big factor in our decision to chose Willowdale as our wedding venue, besides the obvious beauty and charm of the estate. As clueless as we were at the start of the planning process, Willowdale made it so easy by being absolutely accommodating and supportive. All of our detailed questions and requests got answered. We love that they have a planning portal which made planning more fun, organized and seamless. Jeannine, our coordinator, went above and beyond our expectation. She perfectly executed my vision for the day. Every single details was exactly how I wanted it to be. We were so cheerful and happy and did not have to worry about anything. were able to fully enjoy all the beautiful moments of our wedding day with family and friends, trusting that we were in good hands. We can't thank Jeannine enough for her work and support! The day wouldn't be as smooth and perfect without Jeannine! It has been three months and we are still reminiscing about our wedding day at Willowdale...

We had the wedding of our dreams at Willowdale in October 2021, and we cannot thank our full service planner, Kelsey Correia, and the entire staff at Willowdale enough for our truly magical day. When we toured wedding venues, we were captivated by Willowdale’s beauty and charm. While we booked Willowdale for the aesthetic of the venue itself, we ended up with so much more. Everything exceeded our expectations - the delicious food, the incredibly accommodating staff, the personalized service, and the gorgeous, fairytale setting. Throughout our full service planning process, Kelsey heard our vision, seemed to read our minds, and worked her magic to make the day even more amazing than we had imagined. She suggested a vendor for every idea, had a solution to every problem, and supported us throughout the planning process by taking tasks off our hands. Nothing about our wedding felt cookie-cutter, and Kelsey worked seamlessly with all of our vendors to make our dreams a beautiful reality. She and her staff went the extra mile to make sure that every detail was taken care of, and that all of our needs and concerns were met. No detail was too small to be important to Kelsey and her team, and our day went off without a hitch thanks to all of their hard work behind the scenes as well. We felt as much love and joy from the staff at Willowdale as we did from our own guests, many of whom said it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. We wish we could do it all over again - we would book Willowdale again in a heartbeat!

We had THE BEST time at Willowdale Estate. Our wedding was incredible and it is all thanks to the amazing team at Willowdale. We worked with Emily, who helped us plan the details. She also did an incredible job setting up the décor we brought- the whole place looked stunning. The food was also a highlight of the night. Many guests commented on how delicious the appetizers, entrees, and cookies were! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

I am here for a wedding and it is nothing short of amazing. The venue is beautiful, the food and beverages are fantastic and the staff is superb. I have no down side here.**** My apologies, I spoke to soon. The event coordinator, Alyssa, changed my overall feelings in the blink of an eye. My husband and I DJ'd this wedding as our gift to the couple, with whom we are friends. Alyssa very clearly labeled us "vendors" and was rude and condescending. Though I did see the guests treated with care, if this is how she's treats people who she sees as "less than" then I wouldn't want her having any part of my own event.
