Our sweet sixteen year old LabMix “Sadie” had reached a point with arthritis and bad hips that rendered her unable to “move well enough” and making her life so uncomfortable and painful that it broke our hearts. The Doc and staff were beyond kind, they were incredibly empathetic and made us feel as if we were family… Sadie was treated with such kindness & respect, I will never forget these folks… Christy, Elizabeth, Maria & Doc Allen are a solid five star team in my book..!!! We were in Big Bend National Park when our dog needed veterinarian care. We were so grateful that we found Dr. Allen. If we lived in Alpine, we'd choose him to be our veterinarian.

My dog was in really bad shape he wasn’t even supposed to survive and this clinic and all the staff made sure they could do everything they could for Rider and now he is back home and healthy as he was before I owe them a lot for helping keep our dog alive! They kept me posted everyday and sent pictures of him since we couldn’t be with him all week and we also didn’t pay an arm and a leg for all the treatments they did on him and they kept him for almost a week!! Thank y’all for everything we appreciate it!!
