My son has taken his Boston terrier here until she passed the Rainbow bridge. Then he was taking his Rottweiler Bella there for care. I lost my son a little over two years ago and we continued his loyalty to Fisher Vet for the care of Bella. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of compassion when we found our beloved Bella on the floor with what appeared to be no cause whatsoever. It was traumatic. She was normal, fine, eating well and had even woke me up to go potty at 2am. My husband called them. We took Bella there and two men put her on a stretcher and covered her with towels. Any pet owner would be in shock and devastated and it would have been nice if ANYONE had taken us into a back room to assure us it was peaceful. How long would that have taken for an over 12 years or more loyal customer? Maybe five minutes? Before 24 hours from her passing they deleted all of her information from my app. A voice message was left to explain to my husband that they do that so as not to ‘upset’ pet owners by auto generated emails. The very next day we received a notice for two new reward stamps!!! I’m guessing it was her cremation fees.I do not consider them compassionate at all. I’m sure Chris had the original vet who opened the clinic. I have nothing to say for them except how much more they added to our pain and their lack of compassion.

They are the best. I have a 150lb English Mastiff that is protective of me and they are very understanding. They go above & beyond to make our yearly visit go smoothly. I appreciate the time they take to listen & keep him calm while getting his exams.

They don’t normally do walk-ins but given the situation I was in they examined my dogs wounds and cleaned them up right away. They were incredibly professional and courteous and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.
