I am a 78 yr old woman with 2 iPads and a cell phone. I know nothing about electronics and I had them all messed up. I went to AT&T in Sedalia, Mo and a technician named Ally fixed all three of them. She was so kind and patient with me. I want to give her a big THANK YOU, ALLY!

I went because of a phone that wasn't working, Nathan the store rep helping me was amazing, helped me troubleshoot, helped me file warranty claim, helped me upgrade another phone on my line, helped me look at plan options, realized I was a nurse during our conversation because he actually listened, made me aware of first responder program, Nathan was kind, helpful and patient as we worked thru all my needs, besides the inconvenience of a nonfunctional phone I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will continue to use this store for my att needs.

I'm curious, I've been with AT&T for so many years and never missed a monthly payment, yet since I didn't receive my usual email reminder, I missed paying my monthly bill by 2 days and am charged a $5.00 late fee. What happen to the 10 grace period?
