I'm curious, I've been with AT&T for so many years and never missed a monthly payment, yet since I didn't receive my usual email reminder, I missed paying my monthly bill by 2 days and am charged a $5.00 late fee. What happen to the 10 grace period?

I would call them and ask them to credit back to your account...especially since you have never been late before.
