The food is really just a 3 star experience with your average bar food options, but the atmosphere and service are a solid 4, with really nice folks and fun live music. Good times.

Staff was friendly and quick. Food was reasonably priced and came out quickly. The drinks were good with a full bar and many local and imported beers available. Several of the patio heaters/fires were out of propane.

Stopped-in for dinner at the Little Missouri Saloon & Dining Room one evening passing through the little town of Medora, North Dakota. Upstairs is the kitchen, a full dining room and my choice, a very comfortable balcony/deck that looks out over the street. I took a chance and had the "home made pizza" that was very good. The rest of the menu looked good as it was delivered to the other diners. The busy staff was polite and efficient and the overall experience was very pleasant and enjoyable.

Great atmosphere and decor. Service was good. Food was also good. Bison rib eye was tougher than I'm used to. Overall do not hesitate to dine here or go for drinks.
