Staff are very supportive and kind. Genuinely love their job and the horses. Chit chatted about where we were from and things to do in the area. I rode Blitzen who was a sweetheart and had no issues - my boyfriend got Doc who was a bit mischevious stopping for grass and walking well behind everyone else but we both had a lot of fun and I definitely got a lot of laughs out when Doc wasnt listening to him 😂

Friendly and supportive staff. My daughter was fearful of the ride and they accommodated her while the other party members completed the ride. The automated scheduling system sent a confusing message regarding my groups ride time. We arrived at the wrong time. Again, the staff accommodated this mistake.
