Probably near the Rose garden but most likely you would have to bring your own fold away tables because they really don't have that many picnic tables and benches very few actually
India Gate has a buffet for lunch and it is a 5 minute walk from the park. Delaware Park is probably a 10 minute drive from the border.
This park is in Buffalo, NY, USA. You will definitely be crossing the US/Canadian border into the US.
About an hour and 45 minutes thats averaging around 65mph
Nice park...largest in Buffalo area. Two playgrounds, golf course, basketball courts, zoo, tennis courts, soccer fields, walking/running/biking path at lake and another around the golf course, lake with boat rentals, restaurant at the lake, rose/flower garden, art museum, natural wooded area with paths, Shakespeare in the Park during the summer, Japanese garden at lake next to the History museum with walking/running/biking path, nearby shopping and restaurants on Elmwood. From what I know, no BBQ or swimming allowed. Plenty of free parking.
