If I could leave no stars I would. I bought 9 tickets online so we could see Halloween Ends for my daughter's 21st birthday. Fyi nothing posted about age on the website.... My daughter brought our 5 months old granddaughter. She was quiet not making a sound, happily drinking a bottle. Already had plans in place if she got grumpy. Not one person said a word when we brought her in. (the people at the front, the lady that took our orders) Not One. We start getting our food to be told that the baby couldn't be in there and that she needed to leave. After paying $127 for 9 tickets online I was only refunded $107. So I'm out $20, plus it will take several days before it goes back on my card, and plans for my daughter's birthday got ruined. This used to be our favorite theater to go to. This will be the last time we go the The Alamo.

About $6.00
You sure can, they will come to you almost on their knees so that they dont interrupt the movie.
Yes, the seats recline and the distance between tables is quite spacious. I bet AMC doesn't have the alcohol selection 😊
Not sure, I kind of bet they have something! They are very nice they will be able to help
It's pricey, but it's a nice place to see a movie. Food is typically high like at all theaters.
If you need to find showtimes just go to google and ask for Alamo Drafthouse showtimes and it will show you all available movies and what time they're playing in this specific location you can do this with other movie theaters as well.
$8.50 for the early show and $10.50 for shows after four; there are various discounts offered, it is a unique experience.
Teacher tickets must be collected in person at the box office with a valid school ID. Just show up a little early for your show time and grab your free tickets. Good for all showings as long as seats are still available.
No, the theatre supplies them.
If you are close to the theater you can stop in and they are really fast at refunding tickets with no push back.
It's seems presumptuous, but the service is great, the food is well above average for a theater in this area and it's way more comfortable. They could double the gratuity and my family would still go.
Looks like not yet, I'd keep an eye on their website and/or social media pages to see when that changes. https://drafthouse.com/springfield#:~:text=We're%20temporarily%20closed.
No it isn't open at all
It's a coffee press but you can put tea in it as well
My understanding is they will reopen in about 6 months. Or give it to someone who could use it later. 😊
We’re open every day! Tickets may be purchased through the Alamo Drafthouse app or our website: www.drafthouse.com/springfield
Hi, Callista! We open on Friday, August 21. More info: https://drafthouse.com/springfield
Yes, we do! We have removable seats as well as companion seats available in each theater.
You can find out by going to their website.
You can order to go or sit in their bar and eat without goin to a show
Soda refills are free. Not sure about the pizza.
Victory members get free birthday movie tickets and several discounted or free items throughout the year, as well as occasional advanced and/or screening opportunities throughout the year.
They checked my Id when I checked in
As long as you provide a state issued picture ID as proof of age, you should be able to partake.
You can buy gift cards online and have them emailed or mailed to you at the Drafthouse.com website
They did not provide that
I haven't heard or seen them do that but start that trend girl! Maybe others will follow. I would!
About $10.25, depends on movie. You can check prices and reserve your specific seat on their website.
It doesn't appear to be on their calendar at this time. https://drafthouse.com/springfield/calendar/springfield
Not the cheapest, but the good is really great. I had the bacon ranch burger and it was delicious. Definitely recommend!
I love me an alcoholic milkshake!
Yes
I prefer to buy my tickets online so I can pick where I sit before walking in. Think of it like buying tickets to a game.
Usually middle sells last but when it's on your screen take note of the screen location. Top of the screen is front of the theater, bottom is back.
I am a veteran and they do give a discount for military and veterans.
Go to the ticket desk an ask for a refund.
Yes you can edit your ticket if your a victory member and if you edit before showtime

$23 and change for two adult tickets thru the app. Just booked for the new Avengers movie.
No problems or restrictions as long as you aren't causing a scene. The aisles are wide, so it's much easier to get in and out than a normal theater.
You can wait until you get to the box office shortly before your showtime as long as your viewing is not sold out. It would be safest to wait until you get there to obtain both tickets. Just get there a little bit early and you should be fine. You can check how full the theater is getting for each showtime on the Alamo Draft house app.
Just bring $30 and you should be good for the night
It should be playing, but as far as times go that will depend on the theater.
YES! This Alamo Drafthouse location has headphones you can use which amplify the sound. They also offer a closed captioning device which attaches to your table!
The kitchen is open until the checks are dropped for the last movie. It varies time to time from 11 to midnight Monday through Wednesday and later the rest of the week.
It's the full menu. The brunch is included on the full menu but it's only available before 2:00pm, the brunch menu is just a section of it, like take an article in a newspaper for example; the article is in the paper, but it's not the full paper... it's just a part of it.
Matinee is $8 a piece and shows after 6 are $10 a piece.
