I prefer to buy my tickets online so I can pick where I sit before walking in. Think of it like buying tickets to a game.
You can walk in & if there is room buy your ticket there.
You can walk in, but seats often times sell out quick online. Their app is very easy to use and is pretty useful.

You can walk in and buy a ticket and choose your seat on their screen. However, you have way better choices if you choose your seat in advance. The theater is so much nicer than our other options that it's worth that extra step.
